Compare events you actually observed
Note whether the condition appears after rain, during fixture use, while an appliance operates, or when the space is humid. Include periods when the property was unoccupied. Water can remain after the triggering event, so a dry day does not automatically rule out earlier rain entry.

Give the location some context
